These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are between you and UWAAN, Inc., a California corporation operating under the UWAAN brand (“UWAAN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and govern your use of the UWAAN website, waitlist, and related pre-launch services. By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
1. Pre-Launch Service
UWAAN is currently in development. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission, a launch date, continued availability, pricing, features, geographic coverage, or access to any future product. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue pre-launch features at any time.
Paid Pre-Sales
Joining the UWAAN waitlist is free and does not itself create a paid service entitlement.
Paid Founding Member pre-sale purchases are governed by the UWAAN Founding Member Pre-Sale Agreement and the order details accepted at checkout. Those purchase terms control the purchased package, access term, price, included capabilities, geographic access, activation requirements, delivery commitments and refund remedies.
Statements in these general website Terms concerning uncertain launch dates, changes to free pre-launch features or discontinuation of website services do not remove commitments made under an accepted paid order.
If these general Terms conflict with the specific purchase agreement, the purchase agreement controls for that purchase. Later website updates do not retroactively reduce existing customers’ purchased rights.
2. Informational Purposes Only
Content on this website is provided for general informational and product-preview purposes. UWAAN does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, appraisal, brokerage, lending, or other professional advice through this website. Nothing on the website is an offer, recommendation, or guarantee to buy, sell, finance, develop, or invest in real estate.

Joining the waitlist does not create an investment, ownership, employment, agency, brokerage, fiduciary, or partnership relationship with UWAAN.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or practices. Future UWAAN products may combine information from multiple sources with proprietary analysis or modeled outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and pre-launch services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
